Celebration of Life Services: Will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at the Steen Funeral Home in Greenfield. Pastor Melinda Stonebraker will officiate the service. A luncheon will be held at the Greenfield United Methodist Church immediately following the service. The Steen Funeral Home in Greenfield is in charge of the professional arrangements. 

Family Visitation: The family will greet friends one hour prior to services at the Steen Funeral Home in Greenfield. 

Memorials: Memorials may be directed to Robert “Rob” Greever Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.

Robert Lee Greever was born October 8, 1971, at the Montgomery County Hospital in Red Oak Iowa. He was the first born son of Stephen and Alice (Anderson) Greever. He attended Red Oak Schools and was a member of the class of 1990.

Rob met Janice Hutchins in 2005 online through eharmony.com. On February 23, 2009, they married at The Graceland Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas NV.

Rob was an owner/operator Truck Driver for many years. Following in his grandfather, father, and uncles footsteps.

Rob enjoyed riding Harley Davidson motorcycles with his wife Janice. Rob's favorite past times included league bowling, KC Royals baseball, and RV camping. Camping with family and friends was his favorite past time. The Annual Iowa State Fair camping is long time Greever family tradition.

He was preceded in death by his parents Steve and Alice Greever, his grandparents Merlin and Effa Anderson, Glen and Pat Greever, and his Uncle Chuck Greever.

He is survived by his wife Janice, his brothers Richard Greever and his companion Jamie of Essex, Reggie Greever and his wife Candace of Stewartsville, MO, his sister Renee Davison and her husband Chad of Bedford. His nephews Bradley Davison and Brentley Davison and his nieces Brooklyn Davison of Bedford and Zoe Greever of Clarinda. Father and mother-in-law Ron and Pat Hutchins of Stuart.
