Celebration of Life Services: Will be held on Monday, November 2, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at the Fairview Congregational Church, rural Stuart, Iowa. A luncheon will be held at the church following the burial at the cemetery.   

Open Visitation: Friends may call at the Fairview Congregational Church on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

Family Visitation: The family will greet friends on Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Fairview Congregational Church. 

Memorials: To Adah Low memorial fund to be established by the family. 

Adah Ernestine Low, aged 89, first of two children was born July 15, 1926, to Doyce Corbin and Loretta Mae (Short) Smith in DeSoto, Iowa. She passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2015, at the Community Care Center in Stuart, Iowa.

Ernestine grew up in Dallas County, Iowa with one brother whom passed away at the age of 17. Her education consisted of attending the Redfield School District, reaching the 8th grade. Then turned her attentions to helping others in the line of cleaning homes, babysitting and caring for elderly persons in the home. With hobbies of sewing, quilting, knitting and crochet as other forms of bringing home income. Her work took her to Des Moines, Omaha and in the surrounding community of Dallas County.

Upon having her first child, stayed close to home with her parents, until she meet and married Hayden (Dean) Low of rural Stuart, Iowa, on April 10, 1961. Son of Hayden Percy and Rachel Fadilia (Johnson) Low. To this union three children were born.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dean; daughter Zena Lyman; and brother, Arnot Smith.

She is survived by her daughters, Lena Nelson and husband Jerry of Greenfield and Deanna Enderson and husband Paul of rural Redfield; son, Kenneth Low and wife Angie of rural Stuart; 16 grandchildren, Jason, Jeremy, Curtis, Teresa Larson, Kim Nelson; Moriah Naylor, Andrew, Rachael, Phillip, Dana Enderson; Megan Herrick, Jim, Holly Peterson, Wyatt Low; Emma Akers and James Dean J.D. Lyman; 15 great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
