Darrell Krause passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at his farm south of Massena.

Funeral Services: Will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church, south of Wiota with burial following in the Massena Center Cemetery. Pastor Mike Bodkins will officiate the service. The Lamb Funeral Home in Massena is in charge of the professional arrangements. Open Visitation: Will be held at the Lamb Funeral Home in Massena on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Memorials: To the Darrell Krause Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.

Survivors: He is survived by his wife, Esther Krause of Massena; two sons, Adam Krause (Vannessa) of Prescott and Cody Krause (Janie) of Lenoir, North Carolina; daughter-in-law, Belinda Krause of Boca Raton, Florida; four grandchildren, Jason, Katie, Dakota and Mallory; brother, Jim Krause of Massena; sisters-in-law, Phyllis Mullen (David) and Judy Wickey (Ralph) all of Massena; brother-in-law, Dean Schaffer of Corning; other relatives and friends.
