Robert Barnhardt

Robert “Bob” Bernhardt passed away on Friday, July 28, 2017, at the Corning Specialty Care in Corning, Iowa. 

Funeral Services: Will be held on Monday, July 31, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. at the Steen Funeral Home in Massena with burial in the Victoria Township Cemetery, Massena, Iowa. Full military graveside rites will be conducted by the Anita American Legion Post. No. 210. Pastor James Hansen will officiate the service.   

Family Visitation: The family will greet friends on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until service time. 

Memorials: Memorials may be directed to the Bob Bernhardt memorial fund to be established by the family at a later date. 

Survivors: Robert is survived by two nieces, Sheryl L. Huffman of Altoona, Vickie and her husband, Jim Richmond of Paradise, California, and one nephew, Terry R. Bernhardt and his wife, Kimberly, of Kansas City, MO; 2 great nieces and 2 great nephews, Mindy DeBoldt of Devils Lake, ND, Marcy Davis of West Des Moines, IA, Charlie Gipple and wife Noelle of Grimes, IA, Chad and wife Kari Gipple of Mingo, IA, and their children; other relatives and friends.
