Shelly was born on March 23.1981 to Dennis and Linda Wheatley. Her siblings, Wendy Wheatley and Chasity Campbell, although not excited about another child, welcomed her home.

Shelly was always an individual who had her own way of thinking and of doing things. Her sisters picked on her mercilessly and she got them back by being a tattle tale.

On August 8, 2000, Shelly, with her partner Tim Wilson Jr (1976-2005) brought into this world a beautiful daughter Christina Marie Wilson. A few years later, big and handsome Ryan Allan was added to the family. While pregnant with their third child, Tim was tragically killed in an automobile accident. The following August, Mason Evan came into the world.

Shelly was a single stay at home mom after Mason was born. She took care of their children and raised them to be themselves. Shelly had struggles, but she was a fighter. She often took on more than she could chew, but chew she did. She liked working on puzzles, writing and was an avid reader.

After the kids were all in school, Shelly worked at Casey's in Greenfield for a while. She made many friends there and was always ready with a smile. You could often see her walking around Greenfield with a smile on her face as she listened to music through her headphones. She was always smiling.

Shelly is preceded in death by her partner Tim Wilson Jr, her paternal Grandparents: Ralph and Opal Wheatley, Uncles Ed Carl and Mark Lundberg.

She is survived by her children Christina, Ryan, and Mason Wilson of Greenfield. Her parents Linda and Eric Stewart of Greenfield, Dennis Wheatley of Adair. Her maternal grandparents Bruce and Kate Carl of Greenfield. Father in law, Tim Wilson Sr. of Greenfield and mother in law Sonyia (Paul) Stuart of Des Moines. Sisters, Chas Lundy of Greenfield, and Wendy Wheatley Gordon of Sterling, CO, Sister in law Amy (Derek) Perkey of Greenfield, brothers in law, Dan Lundy of Texas and Jumar Gordon of Colorado. Her nieces and nephews Paige, Jenna, and Jacob Gordon of Colorado. Wes and Dustin Lundy of Texas. Jordan Christensen, Kennedy and Emma Perkey of Greenfield. Many many friends and relatives.
